Spent my Thanksgiving holiday in Tulum. Stayed at a modern apartment with a full kitchen, great for cooking a turkey! Loved the rooftop pool and concierge was helpful with reservations and tours in the area. Plus, Free bike rental gave us the chance to explore the surroundings which was amazing!
Loud construction in the neighboring area was a big issue and no efforts to minimize the noise was found. The ongoing noise was really frustrating and made it hard to relax or sleep in.

With its stylish décor and rooftop infinity pool, this hotel was a fantastic find. The smaller size of the complex provided a level of privacy that I really appreciated. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the green location, removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home.
No major drawbacks or issues.

Stayed over Thanksgiving and complementary turkey cupcakes were a delight. Good location and easy to walk to many attractions. the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the outdoor pool, which was clean and comfortable to swim in.
The service was poor and staff seemed disinterested in our requests. the sheets were not changed once during our week-long stay, and the towels had a musty smell.

The room at The Highline Tulum was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was secure and monitored by a security guard. Although we had a slight issue with communication during check-in, the security guard was extremely helpful and even made a WhatsApp call to the host to assist us. Adrian, the listed host, was also very responsive and offered us a complimentary hour at a local spa to make up for the inconvenience. we had a superb experience at The Highline Tulum and would highly recommend it.
